Quick Disconnect

The male half of the quick disconnect is also be referred to as the “nipple half”. The male half quick disconnect connects with the female half quick disconnect to form an “assembly”. Neither half is interchangeable with any other quick disconnect.

Male half quick disconnects feature a poppet valve with a bonded elastomeric seal for outstanding sealing performance against all types of fluids and gases. The poppet valve instantly opens when connected and automatically closes when disconnected.

The body size and the fitting end can be the same size or different size. For example, the body size is -4, the fitting end can be one size larger (-6), or one size smaller (-3).
